Situated in the Mpumalanga area, the Panorama Route is an escape that you can not miss due to its spectacular landscape and view.

The Panorama Route offers breathtaking views, it’s definitely a must do when in the area of the Kruger National Park.
The Blyde River Canyon is actually the biggest green canyon in the world. Unlike the one of Namibia and America, this canyon has got lush of green leaves and bushes.
Some wildlife is living there too like antelopes, especially the klipspringers who loves rocky area, but you can also sometimes spot baboon, rock dassies, crocodiles in the river, and even some hippos. The highest level of the canyon is situated at 1944m above the sea level, from Mariepskop.
Part fo the canyon, you can admire the 3 big rocks with a shape of a rondavel. We call them the 3 Rondavels as they symbolize 3 traditional African houses. Some people call them the 3 sisters because historically, during the 19th century, a chief named Maripi, decide to give for each of this rondavel the name of one of his wife:
Magabolle, Mogoladikwe and Maseroto.
Antother beauty of the nature to explore around are the potholes:
Result of decades of swirling eddies of water where the Treur River meets the Blyde River, the tumult of which has caused extensive water erosion over time, causing a series of cylindrical rock sculpture that look as a piece of art.
